At REGENT Hair Factory, we are committed to providing men’s and women’s hair pieces with high-quality, 100% human hair and exceptional customer service. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we offer the following refund policy.
Eligibility
Our refund policy applies to all hair wigs purchased through our website or other authorized sales channels.
Time Limit
You will be eligible for a refund if you contact and return our products within 15 days of purchase.
Condition
To get a refund from us, your products must be in their original condition without packaging and unharmed.
Refund Process
To initiate a refund, please get in touch with us at support@regenthairfactory.com to obtain a return authorization number. When REGENT Hair Factory receives your returned products, we will process your refund within 7 to 10 working days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method used for the purchase.
Exceptions
The following products are not eligible for a refund:
Products that have been altered, modified, or customized in any way.
Products that are damaged due to improper use or handling by you.
Products that have been used or worn.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are only refundable if the product is defective or we made a mistake with your order.
