2. How will I care for the hairpiece?
We recommend using a mild shampoo and conditioner specifically formulated for human hair. Avoid using hot water when washing your hairpiece, and be gentle when combing or brushing to prevent tangling and breakage.
3. Can I color the hairpiece?
You can color your hairpiece if it is made of 100% human hair. We recommend consulting a professional stylist to ensure the best results. You can order hair systems with custom colors as REGENT Hair Factory manufactures hairpieces with various textures, colors, and sizes.
4. Can I style my hair pieces like my own hair?
Using heat tools and Hair wig products, you can style your hair pieces just like your own. But remember to use heat protection spray to prevent hair damage.
5. Are there any side effects of these hair products?
Many of us think that applying hair toupee damages the head. But it does not cause any harm to the head or body. 9. Are these hair pieces returnable?
Of course, if you are unsatisfied with your product after purchase or want to return it, you certainly can. We offer a 15-day return policy on all hairpieces. However, please note that custom orders and special orders are non-refundable.
10. How to return bad products?
To initiate a refund, please contact us at support@regenthairfactory.com to obtain a return authorization number. When REGENT Hair Factory receives your returned products, we will process your refund within seven business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method used for the purchase.
